Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use AI Prompts Coach.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Prompts Coach™ ("AI Prompts Coach," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, UltraBot tools, and related services, operated by Servidrug Trading. By using AI Prompts Coach, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What AI Prompts Coach is

AI Prompts Coach is a marketing tool that helps business owners generate ad copy, marketing prompts, and AI-generated images through guided "UltraBot" question flows. We offer a free tier (10 free UltraBots) and a paid tier (20+1 UltraBots) as described on our website at the time of your purchase.

3. Accounts and access

We use email-based magic links rather than passwords — access to your paid UltraBots and settings is tied to the order confirmation link sent to the email you provided at checkout. Keep that link private; anyone with it can access your account area. Contact us at hello@donnedigital.com if you believe your access link has been compromised.

4. Payments, pricing, and refunds

  • Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (₱) at checkout. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers (e.g. PayMongo, Stripe); we don't store your full card or GCash credentials.
  • Purchases grant you a license to use the generated prompts, copy, and images for your own business's marketing — see Section 6 (Content ownership) below.
  • All sales are final. Because AI Prompts Coach delivers digital content (AI-generated prompts, ad copy, and images) that is made available to you immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once an order has been completed. If you were charged but did not receive access to your order, contact us at hello@donnedigital.com and we'll resolve it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use AI Prompts Coach to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Attempt to resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the UltraBot tools themselves (as opposed to the marketing content you generate with them, which is yours to use per Section 6).
  • Attempt to access another customer's account, order, or connected Facebook Page.
  • Use the Facebook posting/scheduling feature to post content that violates Meta's own Community Standards, Advertising Policies, or Platform Terms — you are responsible for what you publish to your own connected Page.
  • Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems.

6. Content ownership

You own the ad copy, captions, hashtags, and images generated for your specific business through your paid or free UltraBots, and may use them freely in your own marketing. We retain ownership of the AI Prompts Coach platform, UltraBot question flows, master prompts, brand, and underlying software. AI-generated images and text are produced using third-party AI models (e.g. OpenAI); your use of that output is subject to those providers' usage policies as well as these Terms.

7. Connecting your Facebook Page

The Facebook Page connection feature is optional. By connecting a Page, you authorize AI Prompts Coach to publish or schedule the specific posts you approve (by clicking "Publish" or "Schedule") to that Page on your behalf, using the pages_show_list and pages_manage_posts Facebook permissions. You remain solely responsible for the content posted to your Page, and for complying with Meta's own terms and policies. You can disconnect your Page at any time.

8. AI-generated content — no guarantee of results

UltraBot output is generated by AI models and is provided as a starting point for your own marketing, not as guaranteed-accurate, legally-reviewed, or guaranteed-to-convert content. You should review, edit, and fact-check any generated copy or claims (pricing, offers, medical/legal/financial claims, etc.) before publishing, especially for regulated industries. We are not responsible for how you use or publish generated content.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep AI Prompts Coach available and working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on third parties (payment processors, AI model providers, Meta's Graph API) may be temporarily unavailable if those providers have an outage, or — for Facebook publishing specifically — while our app is pending Meta's own App Review.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Prompts Coach and Servidrug Trading are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including content you publish using generated copy or images. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of AI Prompts Coach after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
