How to request that we delete your personal data, including any Facebook connection data.

Requesting deletion of your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data AI Prompts Coach holds about you at any time — including your lead/order records and, if you connected one, your Facebook Page connection (Page ID, Page name, and access token).

To request deletion:

  1. Email hello@donnedigital.com from the same email address you used with AI Prompts Coach, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
  2. Let us know what you'd like deleted — for example, "delete my Facebook connection" or "delete all my data."
  3. We'll confirm your identity (to make sure we're deleting the right account's data) and process the request within 5 business days.
  4. We'll reply to confirm once the deletion is complete.

What happens when you disconnect Facebook yourself

If you just want to stop AI Prompts Coach from being able to post to your Facebook Page — without deleting your other account data — you don't need to email us. Go to your Facebook Settings page inside AI Prompts Coach and click Disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored Page access token from our database, so we can no longer publish or schedule posts to that Page. You can reconnect at any time.

What gets deleted

  • Facebook connection data — Page ID, Page name, and access token, removed from our records.
  • Lead/order records — your name, email, mobile number, and order history, removed from our operational database, except where we're required to retain minimal records for accounting or legal purposes (e.g. a paid transaction record), which we'll flag to you if it applies.
  • UltraBot answers you entered into a question flow, if still stored.

Deleting your data does not automatically remove content already posted to your own Facebook Page or downloaded to your device — you're in control of that content once it's published or downloaded, the same as any file you save.
