1. Who we are

AI Prompts Coach™ ("AI Prompts Coach," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI marketing product operated by Servidrug Trading, Purok Inanama, Poblacion Lambayong, Sultan Kudarat, Region XII, SOCCSKSARGEN 9802. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website (donnedigital.com and its subdomains) and our UltraBot tools, and how we use, store, and protect it.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

  • Contact details — name, email address, and mobile number, when you request a free UltraBot, purchase a paid package, or message us.
  • Order details — the product purchased, amount paid, and payment method (GCash, card, or other supported method).
  • UltraBot answers — the business details you type into an UltraBot's guided questions (e.g. business name, niche, tone, offer details) so we can generate your ad copy and images.

Information collected automatically

  • Marketing attribution data — UTM parameters, referral source, and Facebook click ID (fbclid), so we know which ad or link led to your visit.
  • Basic analytics/cookies — standard web analytics and, where enabled, the Meta Pixel, to measure how our ads and pages are performing. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Information from connecting your Facebook Page (optional)

If you choose to connect a Facebook Page from your AI Prompts Coach dashboard so you can publish or schedule UltraBot-generated posts directly, we collect and store your Facebook Page ID, Page name, and a Page access token issued by Facebook. This connection uses Facebook Login and only requests the pages_show_list and pages_manage_posts permissions — enough to let you pick a Page and let us publish to it on your behalf. We never see or store your Facebook password. We do not request access to your personal profile, your friends list, or any Page data beyond what's needed to publish the posts you approve. You can disconnect your Page at any time from your Facebook Settings page, which deletes the stored access token.

3. How we use your information

  • To deliver the free or paid UltraBot prompts, ad copy, and images you request.
  • To process payments and send order confirmations and receipts.
  • To publish or schedule a post to a Facebook Page you've explicitly connected and approved, only when you click "Publish" or "Schedule" on that specific post.
  • To send you transactional emails (delivery of your prompts, receipts, account-related notices) via our email provider.
  • To improve our funnel and ad targeting using aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
  • To respond to support requests you send us.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Who we share information with

  • Payment processors (e.g. PayMongo, Stripe) — to process your payment. We do not store your full card number or GCash credentials ourselves; these are handled directly by the processor.
  • Email delivery provider (Brevo) — to send you transactional emails.
  • Google Sheets / Google Cloud — as our internal operations database, accessed only by our own service account, never made public.
  • Meta/Facebook — only for the specific Page-connection feature described above, and only with your explicit action (connecting your Page and clicking Publish/Schedule).
  • Hosting/infrastructure providers (e.g. Vercel, Hostinger) — to run our website and backend.

We do not share your information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep information

We keep order and lead records for as long as needed for accounting, support, and legal purposes. If you disconnect your Facebook Page, we delete the stored access token immediately; the Page ID/name may be kept briefly for support/audit purposes unless you request full deletion (see our Data Deletion Instructions).

6. Your choices and rights

  • You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@donnedigital.com.
  • You can disconnect your Facebook Page at any time from the Facebook Settings page in your account.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send (this does not affect transactional emails like order receipts).

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted connections, access-controlled service accounts, and secret credentials stored only in our hosting provider's secure environment variables — never in our source code) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately for the type of information involved.

8. Children's privacy

AI Prompts Coach is a business-to-business marketing tool intended for business owners and marketers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of AI Prompts Coach after a change means you accept the updated policy.
